Is there a something more satisfying on a cold fall or winter evening than a bowl ofwarm soup with a slice of fresh bread buttered on the side, like zuppa soup. Ingredients of Zuppa Soup :
100 grams of canned mushrooms, chopped
150 grams boiled chicken, diced
50 grams onions, chopped
1.5 liters chicken stock
250 ml evaporated milk
50 grams flour
100 grams butter
1 / 2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tspn chicken powder
How to make Zuppa Soup :
1. Heat margarine and saute onion until soft, put the flour, stir well, let the flour cooked, pour the milk and broth, stir well simmer, move into the pot.
2. Add chicken, mushrooms and other seasonings and stir well. Taste tests, if already fitted, turn off the heat.
- Pour the soup into a ceramic heat-resistant bowl, cover top with pastry dough. Oven until pastry cooked fawn.
- Take and serve hot.
